Introduction to Plyometrics
Thursdays 6PM
Children who take this class will learn to do proper plyometrics and feel comfortable and more familiar with the ground. This is key at an early age because tendons, ligaments, and the joints will be understood how to be utilized properly. Moreover this work on the body is fundamental moving into the next phase of development during puberty. The body, the ligaments, tendons and joints will have already adapted and become ready for the addition of weights and etc.
